Gypsum Diffuser ERGOVENT RONDO - 125
HIGH QUALITY OF PLASTER
ERGOVENT gypsum body is strong and homogeneous. Fasteners are cast into the body, nothing is drilled and nothing is glued to it. During casting, the smallest air bubbles are removed, the plaster surface is smooth and white as snow.
SUITABLE FOR ALL CONNECTION METHODS
The diffuser can be connected: 1) directly to a metal duct, 2) through a flexible corrugation (tin duct system), 3) through a junction box (plastic duct system). The package includes clear and detailed installation instructions. Diffusers can be chosen with standard 100mm, 125mm or 160mm connections.
SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT ATTACHMENT
The diffuser is fixed with self-tapping screws directly to the plasterboard. Fasteners are adjustable and instantly adapt to 1 or 2 layers of plaster (and any non-standard thickness if required).
CAN BE MOUNTED INTO FINISHED CEILINGS
The only flush-mounted diffuser, which is easily installed even when the plaster ceiling is already installed, and it needs to be connected through a rigid duct.
EXCELLENT AERODYNAMICS
During the design, KTU researchers were used to help, who used computer modeling of the diffuser's operation. In order to achieve the best aerodynamic properties, various geometric changes were tested. One of them, a special "belly" on the inside of the cover, effectively reduced air vortices inside the diffuser. Air flow resistance and noise level are also significantly reduced.
EXTREMELY LOW NOISE LEVEL
Gypsum has not only antistatic properties (dust does not stick to it), but also acoustic properties. Part of the sound bouncing off the plaster surface is absorbed. The aerodynamic improvements made in the ERGOVENT diffuser have further reduced the resistance to air flow. As a result of all this, it is safe to say that this diffuser works more quietly than any metal diffuser. Simply put, the performance of the diffuser will not really stand out from the quiet room environment (obviously if there is no additional noise from the duct system itself).
RELIABLE COVER ATTACHMENT
The center cap is heavy and not all manufacturers have managed to fix it correctly. In the ERGOVENT diffuser, this cover is held in place by magnetic holders instead of screw heads that stick to magnets. The cover holds extremely reliably and withstands a suspended weight of 10.78 kg !!! (Tested with RONDO125 model). Since there are no magnets in the cover, there is no magnetic field that attracts dust.
NO DIRT ON THE CEILING
Conventional overhead diffusers direct the air flow to the ceiling. Therefore, you can often see accumulations of dirt around them in the ceiling. The air flow of the plastered diffuser is directed straight down and never touches the ceiling. The ceiling around the diffuser will always be clean. Dirt is possible only inside the diffuser, where there is an invisible zone. After opening the cover, maintenance work can be carried out. Tip: change the recuperator filters on time and there will be almost no dirt.
SUPER SAFE PACKAGING
We can safely say that the ERGOVENT diffuser has the safest packaging on the market. During safety tests, the package protects the product from damage after being dropped up to 12 times in all possible directions from a height of 80 cm.
